Thursday, August 13th:
6:00 pm - Festival Baby/Kids/Teens Pageant @ BC Elementary
Friday, August 14th:
5:00 pm – OPENS – merch/food, rides, beer garden, mini-golf
6:00 pm – Opening Ceremony – Concert Stage

• Welcome – Festival Committee / National Anthem

• Presentation of Festival King and Queen & Pageant Court

6:00 pm – Silent Auction – Carroll Cup Coffee House
7:30 pm – Evening Concert “Hillbilly Deluxe” – Concert Stage
10:30 pm – CLOSES
Saturday, August 15th:
11:00 am - Parade – Begins B-C Middle School (S. Beaver St.)
12:00 pm – RESUMES - merch/food, rides, mini=golf
